The primary mission of Patriots and Heroes Outdoors is providing outdoor activities for Purple Heart recipients and military with service-related injuries to show our appreciation of their sacrifice. Our mission reflects the changing needs of service families and offers a therapeutic break from daily routine for our warriors and their loved ones.
Percheron Construction supports Patriots and Heroes Outdoors by participating in the annual Wimberley Deer Hunt, two consecutive weekends of deer hunting, food, and fellowship.
Greater San Marcos Youth Council
GSMYC operates the residential Children’s Shelter, licensed by DFPS, for children ages 2-17 by providing a structured and nurturing environment to children who have been victims of abuse and neglect.
Wimberley Education Foundation
The Mission of the Wimberley Education Foundation is to generate and distribute resources to or on behalf of the Wimberley Independent School District to enrich teaching, inspire learning and maximize opportunities needed to meet the District’s stated mission and promote excellence in education for all students.
Percheron Construction is proud to support the efforts of the Wimberley Knights of Columbus to bring academic scholarships to deserving students in the area.
Percheron Construction supports the Crisis Bread Basket in their mission to
provide supplemental and emergency food aid to eligible residents in the Wimberley area.
In 4‑H, kids complete hands-on projects in areas like health, science, agriculture and civic engagement in a positive environment where they receive guidance from adult mentors and are encouraged to take on proactive leadership roles
FFA is an intracurricular student organization for those interested in agriculture and leadership. It is one of the three components of agricultural education. Today, the National FFA Organization remains committed to the individual student, providing a path to achievement in premier leadership, personal growth and career success through agricultural education.
